Updating Your Preferred Payment Card
If you’ve received an automated e-mail from our card handling provider, Stripe, to notify you of a failed payment or a soon to expire card, it’s important you update this as soon as possible to ensure there is no interruption to your membership and, if included, insurance.
Typically the system will automatically try to charge your preferred default card a few times over a two week period. If you’ve received your first notice now, please update your card and the system should automatically retry in due course.
If you have any issues making payment, or need any technical assistance, please speak with our team. We’re here to help without judgement, so if you’re struggling to meet your membership dues you must raise this with us as soon as possible.
If you do not address issues and your membership lapses, certification, insurance and any associated licensing becomes nil and void.
Update Your Cards
If you’ve missed a payment there will typically be two systems the payment request will have originated from;
A) For any membership and, where applicable, insurances applied for in your first year of membership – You’ll find your preferred card details here.
B) For any membership and, where applicable, insurances activated as a renewal, or after your initial membership has gone live – You’ll find your preferred card payments in Club.BMABA. The direct link is here.
